These classes focus on self care for your postnatal body. Ideally combined with The 4th Trimester Postnatal Workshops, classes will extend on the information learned during the workshops. Addressing the most common areas of complaint for new mothers – Pelvic floor, abdominal health and stability, upper body strength and stability, relaxation, meditation and self care practices to nourish yourself as a new mother.
There are no upcoming Postnatal Terms as Lisa is currently on Maternity Leave.
$135 6 week term
$ 27 Casual attendance (advanced noticed required, please contact Lisa – 0449982505)
Booking and payment is required in advance for term. Casual attendance is based on availability and advance notice is required.
Places are strictly limited and book out quickly.
